AJ-20H PCB Depaneling machine - linear and circular knife

The machine is manufactured to separate the V-cut PC panel boards to prevent bending stress in max width of 420mm.

Equipped with photo-electric security sensor, the operation of machine will be terminated to prevent working hazard by the moving knife.

Equipped with delivery conveyor, can deliver the cut PCB to next station or process directly, time-saving and convenient operating.

One re-sharpenable roll-knife (Up side) and one straight knife (low side) is used. The distance between the knives can be easily adjusted by the two knobs underside the straight knife.

Un-skillful personnel can easily operate the machine. Minimal maintenance is required.
